With compassionate guidance and evidence-based techniques, I provide a safe space for you to explore your inner world, find clarity, and cultivate resilience.

About Me

My name is Farokh Farhadi and I’m an Ontario-based Registered Psychotherapist (RP). My approach is centered on creating a warm, safe, and non-judgmental environment for my clients to explore and process their experiences, emotions, thoughts, and beliefs.

I specialize in a range of clinical issues, including anxiety and depression, as well as non-clinical issues such as struggles with identity, values, self-esteem, life skills, life satisfaction, career, and relationships.

Through a combination of talk therapy and mindfulness practices, I help clients to develop greater awareness of their inner experience, build acceptance skills by making space for difficult thoughts and emotions, and work toward responding to life’s challenges in a more flexible way aligned with one’s core values.

I have helped hundreds of people make great strides in living a more balanced life in line with their true values. My ultimate goal for you is to live a life well worth living; a life characterized by balance, acceptance, and change.

Services Offered

I offer individual psychotherapy to help you navigate your inner world and find the keys to healing, growth, and self-discovery.

My standard rate is $150 per session. At this time, I only offer virtual sessions.

I also offer sessions at reduced and affordable rates (sliding scale) at limited availability starting at $80 per session. Proof of income is not necessary. Please contact me for more details.

I offer sessions in English and Farsi (Persian) languages.
